Our highly experienced personnel specialise in offering press brake forming services for a wide range of sheet metal fabrications. We can bend everything from structural components to highly cosmetic panels.
The TruBend machines have an integrated crowning axis, guaranteeing bend quality over the full length of the part. It’s unique I-Axis can offset the bottom tool by 30mm. Used in conjunction with multi-V or hem tools, complicated profiles can be bent in a single process.
We also have Trumpf’s ACB (Automatically Controlled Bending) system which delivers accurate bends even where the materials vary in thickness and springback qualities. It eliminates the usual set-up scrap which means we can offer a highly cost-effective service, making it especially useful for small jobs.
