When it comes to manufacturing medical device components, we have indepth expertise aligned with extensive manufacturing capabilities. These items typically require a full range of processes from Punching, Forming, Welding, Sanding and Grinding, Pem Insertion, Alocrom, Powder and Wet Paint to final Assembly and Packing.
Our product list includes many items which would previously have been manufactured overseas but we have been able to work closely with our local customers to deliver significant savings once they switched their requirements to ourselves. Often this has also resulted in a higher-quality product and logistics that are easier to manage.
We have proven, flexible processes, depending on customer needs – in relation to Mobile Carts for example, these can either be Assembled in-house at our facilities or Flat-packed and shipped ready for the Technician to assemble on site. Full component check lists are provided and Conformance Certs. are supplied with every batch.
Component parts such as Castings can be sourced from low cost countries and full material certification and independent testing is provided.
